Mt. Olympus Entrance Enhancement Project

Exciting Improvements Are Coming to Our Community Entrance!

At the recent MOPOA annual homeowners meeting the revised plans for the Mt. Olympus Entrance Enhancement Project were unveiled.

The updated design preserves our original community monument while significantly improving the security, landscaping, and hardscaping at our entrance on Laurel Canyon. A new guardhouse-style structure will feature a screen displaying camera footage to drivers as they enter, adding a visible security presence to the cameras and license plate readers that have served our community for more than a decade.

Thanks to the generosity of our Mt. Olympus neighbors who have already contributed, along with funds previously secured, we have raised nearly half of our $200,000 goal!

We're close to making this happen, but we need the financial support of all homeowners to get us across the finish line!

Construction is targeted to begin March 1, following the winter rains.

Please join your neighbors in supporting this important project and helping create a beautiful, welcoming, and more secure entrance to our community.

Together, we can make it happen!

THANK YOU TO OUR GENEROUS NEIGHBORS

We sincerely thank the following neighbors who have already contributed to the Mount Olympus Entrance Enhancement Project. Their generosity is helping bring our new entrance closer to reality.
